This guide details the process of opening a short position, allowing you to profit from potential price declines of a chosen coin while leveraging customizable options to suit your trading goals.


Steps to Open a Short Position


Follow these steps to initiate a short position on SuperX:

  1. Enter the /start command to start the bot.

  2. Click the "Open Short" button to begin.

  3. Enter the coin you wish to short, e.g., BTC, ETH, SOL, etc.

  4. Choose your desired leverage for the trade. The interface will display the maximum leverage available for the selected coin (e.g., up to 40x for BTC, 20x for SOL).

    Adjust the leverage to align with your risk preference.

  5. Specify the Trade Size:

    • Input the trade amount in USD to define the size of your position.

  6. Click the "Submit Order" button to execute the trade.

  7. Once the order is successful, navigate to the Positions page to view and manage your active trades.
